The Cove Lakeside Resort Bikram Yoga Classes
Bikram
Yoga, located at the Cove Lake Side Resort in West Kelowna, is a routine of 26 poses, which works the whole body in 90 minutes.
The Bikram technique allows the stretching, squeezing and massaging of the
internal organs, flushing out the cardiovascular system and stimulating
the endocrine and nervous systems in order to release any deficient hormones
and enzymes. The body is self-regulating and self adjusting.
The self-regulation of the body systems and mind also has many other benefits
that include weight loss, balancing of addictions and stress reduction.
The series works equally well for beginning as well as advanced
students. The benefits of the Bikram series are felt right after your first
class - something to look forward to!
