Headed by Executive Chef Brian Fowke, The Bonfire’s signature dishes combine classic and rustic cooking techniques, using only the best locally produced and sourced ingredients. In fact, many of the restaurants’ vegetables come directly from The Bonfire’s very own culinary garden, which features over 75 varieties of tomatoes alone.

The Dining Room and Lounge are open From 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. Room service delivery is offered during these hours.
Sunday Brunch is offered every Sunday, from Easter weekend through Thanksgiving as well as Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Brunch hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
