Savor the seasons of the Okanagan Valley at The Bonfire, the elegant yet casual restaurant at The Cove Lakeside Resort. Dreamed up by Executive Chef Grant de Montreuil, The Bonfire’s signature dishes combine classic and rustic cooking techniques, using only the best locally produced and sourced ingredients. In fact, many of the restaurants’ vegetables come directly from The Bonfire’s very own garden, which features over 75 varieties of tomatoes alone.
Dine in the intimate dining room or indulge on the stunning outdoor patio with panoramic views of Lake Okanagan and Okanagan Mountain. Sample the diverse menu of made-from-scratch dishes highlighting local, organic and sustainable food sources including ethically harvested seafood and un-medicated beef and poultry products.
As a compliment to the regular menu, The Bonfire offers carefully paired wine and food-tasting menus showcasing the best the Okanagan Valley has to offer. The wine list contains a diverse selection of local vintages as well as some international favorites to satisfy all tastes. The Bar also has a wide selection of premium Scotches, Tequilas, liqueurs and craft beers.
The Bonfire is additionally available for private business functions, including dinners, luncheons and breakfasts.
The Dining Room and Bar are open From 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. Room service delivery is offered during these hours.
Sunday Brunch is offered every Sunday, from Easter weekend through Thanksgiving as well as Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Brunch hours are 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
